- 1 hand towel
- 1 washcloth
- Cutaway stabilizer
- Rope (for handle)
- Grommets & Grommet Too
Take 1 hand towel and fold in half. The fold will be the bottom of the beach bag. Mark the placement for your design. Embroider the design (note: because the fold of the towel will be used for the bottom of the bag, embroider the design upside-down). Embroider a complimenting design on the washcloth. The washcloth will be the pocket of the bag. Center the washcloth on the bag, and sew. Turn the bag wrong-side out, and sew the side seams.
Affix grommets with grommet tool. Affix on either side, or place grommets around the top of the bag.
Thread rope through the grommets and knot. You now have a unique beach bag! Use larger towels to make personalized laundry bags.
