Melanie has a Brother SE 270D, and she has been making crafty and colorful Christmas ornaments, personalized for her family and friends.

She writes, "I actually tried something new this year, with your in-the-hoop ornaments...how cute they are! But, I decided I wanted to personalize some of them. So I used my embroidery editing software and added a name, then resequenced the design, so that the name is the next to last thing to stitch out before the final binding stitch. I have 2 Brother machines; I did these on my small one, that has a 4x4 hoop. I really liked making the ornaments and they were a hit with my family too!"

These turned out great, Melanie! I like how you added the name to the center of the wreath. That is a clever touch! And the lettering style is beautiful, too. Thank you for sending the photo!
