This little cowgirl from Texas is named Rowan Grace. Her grandmother, Kay, runs a daycare and, since Texas is home to a high number of rodeos, she has a Rodeo Day at the daycare. She writes . . . "Rowan had a purple stick horse and purple cowgirl hat so her outfit had to match. After making her western skirt I used the applique boot design to decorate her shirt with my Janome 350E.
