Attached are some photos of my use of the beautiful Wycinanki Snowflake designs. Since my husband's heritage is Polish, I thought some special Christmas cards using the Wycinanki designs would be a neat way to highlight this beautiful art form. I'm also grateful that instead of using the traditional method of paper cutting, the designs have been adapted to embroidery! I took this opportunity to also explain the art form as part of the Christmas greeting inside the card. I used glitter felt as a background which I think makes the designs look even more special.
