Hi - I used my Brother Quattro 6000d and the vintage Cosmos design to embellish this T-shirt. I hooped water soluble stabilizer with two layers of tulle and positioned the neckline on top so that the design extended over the neckline. After stitching out and rinsing away the stabilizer, the extra tulle pulled away from the edges very easily. I was surprised and delighted to find that the embroidery and tulle machine washed and dried quite nicely!
