I love it when embroiderers make the news!

Wanda sent in photos from her church's annual chicken supper. She embroidered 75 aprons for the volunteers, and writes, "I used every chicken pattern you had!"

She tells the story of how it began. "It started with your design. I made an apron and wore it to our chicken supper country store. Everyone liked it so much that I decided to sew out everyone an apron to wear when we have our chicken supper. Well, to my surprise, everyone wants to wear them, even the men! This is our second year, and it is still just as much fun as the first time."
