Virginia really dressed up a neckline with her Viking Designer I... "My husband and I are attending a Valentine's Day dance and I needed to adjust the neckline on my dress. I felt it was a bit too revealing when I bought it, but the price was right. Since this dance is being held at our church, I really wanted to close the neckline a bit. Using the Heart of Inset (lace), I was able to create a lace insert to make the neckline just a bit less deep. I am so grateful that my mother taught me to sew and that my husband fulfilled my Christmas wish list so many years ago with an embroidery machine."
