Here is a photo of three Christmas postcards that I stitched out this past weekend. I own a Brother 1250D and a single head commercial machine. I can tell you that these designs sew out perfectly on both. I made these for my son's school teachers and Scout leaders. I used quilter's cotton and felt for the front and photo fabric on the back. It was fun to use some metallic thread in the designs. This was a really fun project and my 7 year old appreciated the personal touch to his teachers gift.
