Bonnie created a little skirt for her granddaughter that's as thrifty as it is adorable! She started out by using an inexpensive plain broadcloth fabric for a test run for multiple hooping with her Designer I. She loved how the design stitched out, so turned it into this too cute skirt. As she says, she "kind of made my own fabric." Excellent! And so sweet. Thanks for sharing, Bonnie!
