Sherryle made the sweetest gift for her sister! She has a Singer XL-400 machine.

She writes, "This is a blanket I just finished as a gift for my sister. The soft throw blanket was purchased at Wal-Mart for $20. I stitched the sisters saying in the center and on  hree corners I used the daisy wreath with our names. I can either leave the fourth corner blank or put the daisy wreath with her four daughters names in the wreath ."

What an excellent idea, Sherryle - this is a beautiful tribute to sisterhood.

She adds, "I love your designs and sales. I've only had my machine a few months and found your site by referral from another shopper in line at Joanne Fabrics. Wish I could meet her again and thank her. I've been sewing since I was a child, starting on my grandmother's Singer treadle machine, making toilet paper ballerina dresses for my dolls. The story behind that is my grandmother worried as we were out of tp and took my doll dresses back. LOL"
