She uses a Husqvarna Designer SE machine. The lollipop holder is in the shape of a cupcake, and is made right in the hoop. For those that are new to in-the-hoop projects, you'll find the instructions right here.

These make "sweet" gifts for family and friends, as well as classmates of children and grandchildren. Janette used different colors of fabric and thread to add a little spice to the set.
