Debbie sent in a photo of a gorgeous table runner she made with two prayer designs - and a stunning story!

She writes, "I bought the Norwegian Table Prayer designs (G9968 & G9972) from you and stitched them side-by-side on table runners for my friend Janet and her mother for Mother's Day last year. Little did I know what an impact this would have on her and her family. Janet's grandparents immigrated to the United States from Norway and their heritage is an important part of all of their lives. They burst into tears of joy when they saw the table runners, and told me that this is actually THE prayer they say every night at the dinner table! They recite it in Norwegian, having learned it from Janet's grandparents, and all the children and grandchildren have learned it as well. However, they have never seen it written down, and have never EVER heard the English translation! They were in awe! I had no idea how perfect this gift would turn out to be and I thank you for having these designs on your website. I have since made table runners for Janet's two daughters, her two sisters, her granddaughter and her son. Keep those designs coming!" Debbie has a Bernina 830 machine.

That beautiful story brings tears to my eyes, Debbie! What a wonderful gift to give to their family. It will be treasured always!
