Steps To Complete
A template is a printout of a design, and it's an excellent tool to plan where to stitch. |
After you have the template where you want to stitch the design, mark the center point as well as the vertical and horizontal axis lines. |
Turn the shirt inside out. |
Smooth the stabilizer onto the inside of the shirt on the back of where you'll be embroidering. |
Turn the shirt right side out. |
Roll the excess up and out of the way so nothing gets caught while embroidering. |
Attach the hoop to the machine and load the design. |
After embroidering, turn the shirt inside out. |
Sometimes when embroidering on a light-colored shirt, a ridge from the stabilizer may show through. |
When choosing designs for pique polo shirts, choose lighter and simpler designs. |
Here, this filigree sewing machine design adds a crafty look to a polo shirt. Perfect for sewers, quilters, or embroiderers! |
