Some designs come with project instructions available online. Others, such as Maker Edition designs, have a project PDF included with the design download. Not all designs have related project instructions.
For designs with project instructions online
Go to the page for that design, then scroll down to the “Project Tips & Tools” section. Click on “Project Instructions” to expand that section, then click on the link to the tutorial. Here’s an example:

Download the design, then open the zipped download folder. Look for a PDF with project instructions. Here’s an example:
