Refunds and exchanges

Because our products are digital and available for immediate download, all sales are final and we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please also make sure you’re familiar with your machine’s capabilities, including hoop size and maximum embroidery field, to ensure compatibility. We kindly ask that you double-check your order and feel free to reach out with any questions before purchasing—we’re happy to help!

If you accidentally purchase the same design more than once, please email us at support@emblibrary.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll be happy to review your order and may offer a refund or store credit for the duplicate item.

Thank you so much for your understanding and support!
