Returns for items ordered by mistake

Because embroidery designs are digital products, they cannot be returned or refunded. Transactions are final when you click the "Complete Order" button, and changes to orders generally cannot be made.

However, there are some exceptions:

If you ordered the wrong size of an item, then we may be able to exchange it for a smaller size within a year of purchase. Review the HELP topic here for that information.

If you ordered a duplicate item, then a refund or gift certificate may be available within a year of purchase. Review the HELP topic here for that information.

If you ordered the wrong variation of a design (e.g. the British spelling in a design, rather than the US spelling in a design), then we can make an exchange for you within a year of purchase. Send the request to our customer service team; the email address is [email protected].

When writing, include your order number for fastest service.

Other changes or amendments to orders are not provided.
