Do the design colors on your embroidery machine or software look different from how the design appears on the site? That’s normal! This happens because we digitize the designs using a very large palette of colors, while each embroidery format has its own, differently sized palette (or none at all).
If you want to stitch a design like we did, just ignore the colors displayed on your embroidery machine or software, and follow our color change sheet for that design instead.
