It's rare that a classic can be improved upon, but according to Cynde we did it! She says... "I love the traditional Sunbonnet Sue designs, but these updated, detailed, and vividly colorful designs are so much more interesting! I made this quilt for my new little grandniece, Caroline, on my Janome 11000 machine." It is so darling, Cynde! I just love the beautiful colors, and the different fabrics in the tiny squares give it a wonderful homespun look. I'm sure your grandniece just loved this.
