Q: How do I enroll in VIP Rewards: A: Once you’re logged into your account, head to the VIP Rewards page in your profile and ENROLL THERE!
Q: How do I earn points once I'm enrolled? A: Customers enrolled in the VIP Rewards program earn points on the purchase of designs on Embroidery Library, before tax and after discounts. The purchase of gift certificates does not earn points. Purchases made using Rewards do not earn points. Points are calculated at checkout and instantly added to your balance, which you can check HERE.
Q: Do my points expire once I have earned them? A: Your points will not expire until they have been converted to a reward.
Q: How do my points become a reward? A: Once you have earned 50,000 points, you’ll automatically earn a $5 reward to use on future purchases. This reward will display in the VIP Rewards section of your profile, and can be applied to your merchandise total before tax at checkout.
Q: Does my reward expire? A: Rewards expire one year after they have been earned. You can spend them on any purchase within that year.
Q: What can I spend my rewards on? A: You can apply your reward to your total purchase at checkout. Rewards can be applied to any design purchased at Embroidery Library.
Q: How do I apply my reward at checkout? A: Once you’ve earned a reward, you’ll automatically see it in your cart at checkout. Click the “Apply” button next to the reward to apply it to your purchase.
Q: How else can I earn points? A: In addition to earning points on your purchases, you can complete actions and participate in special events to earn points! For example, sign up for our newsletter and update the machine sizes in your profile – already updated them? Then you’ve already scored those points! We’ll also have events like double points, or opportunities to earn points and rewards with a special action or promotion.
