That little girl will be the best-dressed for every occasion, including Halloween. Linda has a Singer Quantum XL-6000 and she used the Layer Cake T-Dress pattern by Mack and Lily. Isn't this the sweetest? Layers of ruffled orange and black prints add a fun look to the bottom of the dress.
