My heart melted when I saw this quilt, made by Su!

She writes, "I was so happy about using all your dog sketches on it. There are other embroideries also and some photos of dogs. I am not a quilter, just make these as my daughter was over there this time last year and its freezing -30c. She received a quilt and got me working for the troops also."

This is wonderful, Su. She used pawprint fabric for the blocks and borders, and the way she arranged the embroidered blocks (and photo blocks) brings a lovely energy to the quilt. Su, you may not consider yourself to be a quilter, but this is truly beautiful.

The dog sketch designs are light and open, and they are perfect for quilter's cotton.
