Toos made this striking Holland-themed quilt with the Delft Blue Flower Fiesta design and designs from the Delft Blue Classics Design Pack. The blue tulip fabric is delightful, and the designs are, too. As Toos says, all the designs are "so typically Dutch." She did meander quilting around the designs and quilted tulips, too.
