Look at this beautiful denim jacket, embroidered by Sheila!

She writes, "This is my latest embroidered jacket, which I made for myself. I changed the thread colors to copper and metallic copper with purple accents instead of the greens and golds in the original design. I stitched this on my Viking Ruby, and had to open up the seams on the sleeves before stitching them. I knew I wanted to make this for a long time, but procrastinated because it seemed like it would be a lot of work, and I worried about how well the metallic threads would stitch out on the denim. I used a topstitch needle, and it worked just fine! Opening and closing the seams on the sleeves was also much easier than I expected."
