Penny tells us the story of this sweet bib... "I decided that the little ones at school deserved to spit up on cute new bibs. So today, I decided to make one. I wanted something really soft, so I dug deep into my fabric stash and found some baby flannel. I just love the pastel polka dots. The pattern was easy and fast to sew. I also added velcro to the flaps for easy on and off." I'm sure the babies love their new bibs, Penny! The Playful Penguin Stack looks so great on the polka dot fabric.
