Lisa sent in photos of her Christmas quilt, and it was a delight to read about her technique.

She embroidered the Redwork Santa designs with black thread on white fabric. Then, she writes, "I colored them using Tsukineko inks. When I couldn't find the perfect frame for them I colored a black and white print using the same ink."

This is wonderful, Lisa! The combination of the two art forms results in a gorgeous display. The colors that you chose are bright and traditional, too. Beautifully done!
