My granddaughters have grown up sleeping under Grandma's quilts. The designs from Emblibrary have made it so much fun to create new family "heirlooms" that say so much about each of my seven grandchildren. Pictured are my granddaughter Kendra and my oldest granddaughter, Hayley, (top right) who collects rubber duckies and has since she was very small. By turning each of Emblibrary's "duckie" designw to mirror image it's mate and changing color choices, I had enough ducks to create a fun twin size bed quilt. The layout design is my own and the cute duckie fabrics that were out made it a perfect gift for the 21 year old who isn't quite ready to grow up yet.
