Thanks again to you, Deb, for the great embroidery designs and to you, Vi, for Stover's magical quilting - and the efforts of my wonderful step-daughters (Rhea & Mary) who helped me with embroidery, designing and piecing, we finished our 2nd annual Family Christmas Quilt. I am very happy with the result. After several bad starts, the golds and green felt just right! No quilt will ever be as special as the North Pole Quilt we did last year , because my son Chris was able to help with embroidering the trains. However, when I needed a release from work and caring for him this year, this project has helped me work through some difficult days. When Mary brought it back from Stover I showed it to Chris and he did smile a little. Unless the girls are visiting, I sort of lack the spirit of going to the sewing room much - but when they are here, we sew up a storm! ;) Deb & Vi, I hope to see both of you in 2010. When I next make it to our Plymouth, MN office I would love to meet the Emblib staff. And Vi, you folks are the greatest---we appreciate getting the quilt back so quickly.
