Santa (Carl Immediato) and Mrs. Claus (Cheryl Saxrud) hired me in July to make their new coats for this season. They rent themselves out to parties and events all year, but obviously mostly Nov/Dec. They had already purchased the reindeer from EmbLib and some poinsettia designs from another source. Santa also wanted a swirly Christmas tree for the back of his coat and snowflakes scattered about. Shortly after meeting with them, you came out with the Vintage Poinsettias and Holiday Glitz design collections and I found them perfect for the project. I already had the swirls. So as you can see, I did an extensive amount of editing to achieve the final result- days worth of time to have things fit precisely. The majority of the embroidery was done by Mary Harrah of Celtic Threads on her commercial Toyotas because she has the big hoops. I added all the stars and a bit of Santa's front border on my Viking Designer SE. Cheryl tastefully added crystals to the coats after delivery. They are thrilled with them and have gotten many compliments. I'm thrilled with the beautiful designs you guys produce.
