Sometimes you just have to see flowers in the middle of January, and this banner by Francine and her Designer SE is just the ticket. She writes... "I fell in love with the Spring Flowers banner. After I sewed it together and applied to the background, it seemed insufficient. Sometimes it takes thinking about something a while before something presents itself. Oh course! All my gardens end up with ivy intruding. So here is my revised piece of art. Hope you like it. The ivy was made with 1/4" wide double fold bias tape in emerald. I pinned it in the wavy lines, then zig-zagged with matching thread to hold it down." The ivy and leves are just the perfect touch around the Stained Glass Spring Scene. What a beautiful banner.
