Eva writes... "The state bird and flower designs are so gorgeous I had to send this picture of a pillow I made using the North Carolina / Virginia Cardinal and Dogwood Medley design. After I stitched it out, I decided I wanted a frame around the design to draw attention to it because it is so beautiful. I cut out an oval in the fabric and used some braid to frame the design. I didn't use any other trim because I wanted the design to get the attention!" The braid is very nice touch, and definitely draws the eye into the design. Great work, Eva!
