Here's what Karen says about this beautiful pillow she made... "Here's a cushion I completed today ready for the Dubai Quilting Competition. I'm hoping to enter it in the other Quilted Items category. I've been trying to stitch this design as a cushion for ages, but failed each time, until I saw a recent Stitcher's Showcase with a quilt made with Bramble as a base stitch to hold the layers together. I adapted this to the dream clouds quilting square which was perfect for the cloud fabric. It really helped to keep everything together and success at last! My Brother Innov-is I (5000 in USA) coped with the layers really well and I changed the colours to more Spring-like tones to match the log cabin border. The cat colours have been changed to match my cat. She's never far away from me when I'm sewing!" This pillow is outstanding, Karen! The fabrics and colors are so lovely.
