Jean stitched the Days of the Week Backyard Birds (Redwork) designs onto fresh peppermint striped towels for a fellow embroiderer. She writes, "I used my Viking Designer Diamond to stitch up the towels for my friend Maureen in Wisconsin. We met over the internet several years ago on an embroidery forum. That was history and we have gotten together with our husbands for the last four years. The towels were very easy to do using the same thread for top and bobbin threads.My friend is also a bird watcher and loved the towels." You found just the perfect towels for the redwork designs!
