Outside is a snowy landscape, so seeing Carole's colorful quilt is like a real treat!

She writes, "I just wanted to share my beautiful new quilt project with you. I fell in love with the designs the first time I saw them. I found a quilt layout that I felt would work with those designs. After lots of hours of embroidery (over 45 hours of just stitching time) and then making the quilt- I am so pleased with the end result. I call the quilt View from My Window. I live in the woods and the birds are type I have around my home all the time. When I was in doubt with thread selection I just looked out the window and then found the colors I needed. Each design stitched out so beautifully. Its been a very long winter in the Midwest and this project helped fill some very snowy days. Thank you for supplying us with such wonderful designs."
