I love the quick stitch designs. These designs are some of my favorites, so when I was looking for something to hang in my kitchen, I came up with the idea of using a shadowbox frame and incorporating some different 3 dimensional accents. The bee hive includes some brass bees and a butterfly and some dried fern fronds. The birds in the tree includes a similar design in a pendant form and some real feathers and a plastic egg.
