Sarah combined machine embroidery with hand embroidery, resulting in this charming welcome sign!

She writes, "I embroidered on burlap and used cutaway stabilizer on the back, melt-away on the top." She used E6973 Autumn Bounty Bouquet, and added the word Welcome with lettering software. Sarah has a Husqvarna Topaz 30 machine.

Then, Sarah framed the piece in a hand embroidery hoop! For those that are new to this method, these project instructions demonstrate the steps.
