Shirley says she hasn't sewed the Inky Deer onto fabric yet, but she plans to. In the meantime, she is taking the design onto a different medium with woodburning. She is new at this craft, but loves how beautifully the embroidery designs work with it. It's interesting to see a design depicted in such a lovely way, in something other than stitches!
