A design isn't in my regular format. Why not?

A design isn't available in my usual format.
Why not?

When browsing our site, you may see a warning from time-to-time stating that a design is not in your preferred format (to learn more about choosing your preferred format, check out our Help page article on that topic). Not all designs are available in all formats. Some of the more complex designs have limited formats due to the number of color changes, the number of stitches, etc.

Each design has the available formats listed on its product page.

In this example, The Last Supper is only available in two formats - DST and EXP.

If a design is not available in your regular format, check to see if your machine can read a different format. For example, many of the Brother and Husqvarna machines can read the DST format, and all of our designs are available in DST.
