Downloading from your Order History and Expirations

You are welcome to download anything in your order history at any time. There is no additional charge for downloading from your order history.

Click the Order History icon to find a list of order numbers. If you find that orders are missing from your order history, that may mean that you placed them under a different email address. Contact our customer service team ([email protected]) and provide the order numbers that are missing.

Please note that occasionally we remove designs from the site. The designs and color change sheets may be removed from order histories as well, and may not be available for downloading.

Download the designs soon after placing the order. Have an efficient and reliable backup system. That way if we remove a design from your order history, you will be able to access it in your backup system, if necessary.
