If you try to sign in to the site, but get an error message, check these things:

1. Check to make sure you're using the right email address and password. The password is case-sensitive, so if you used capital letters to create it, then use capital letters when signing in. If you want to double-check your password, click the Forgot Password? link on the sign-in page. A reset password link will be sent to you by email.

2. Is "auto-complete" wreaking havoc? If you start to type in your email address and password and your web browser "automatically completes" the information, then you might get an error message. This happens when your browser remembers the wrong password. To fix that, clear your browser's stored information and start fresh.

If you can sign in, but your browser signs you out....

If the security settings in your web browser are set too high, then you may have trouble remaining signed in to the site. You'll be able to sign in, but then when clicking to go to a new page, your browser will log you out. To resolve the problem, add as a trusted website in your web browser. Settings and process may vary depending on your browser.
