Most of us at Embroidery Library drink cups and cups of coffee every day, so we really "perked" up when we saw Barbara's mug rug!

She writes, "I wanted to share your coffee is a hug in a mug design that I stitched onto a mug rug with my Bernina Deco 340." This turned out great!

For those that haven't heard of mug rugs before: They're like mini placemats, with room to hold a coffee cup or mug, and a small plate with tea cakes or cookies. Barbara used colorful coffee-themed fabric for part of the mug rug, and that is a perfect fit with the design.
