I would like to share a baby quilt I made for my niece using Fisherman Fred as she is having a little boy. I found the words for "What Little Boys Are Made Of" and surrounded the poem with many of the Fisherman Fred designs I purchased from your collection. My niece is decorating in primary colors so I made quarter-square triangles with assorted tone on tone fabrics for the other blocks. My 9 year old grandson felt that the border should be 4 colors instead of one--and he was correct. The quilting in the borders were Fisherman Fred designs I just did in one color to match the color of the fabric. I began this in June and gave it to my niece at her shower on October 1, 2011. Much love went into this project--so much I had a hard time giving it away!!
